They reflect a new record for applications of Spanish origin.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, European patent applications of Spanish origin <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oepm.es\/es\/sobre_oepm\/noticias\/2020\/2020_03_12_Record_solicitudes_Pat_Eu.html\"><strong>grew by 6%<\/strong><\/a>,following the trend of the last 5 years, reaching a not inconsiderable number of <strong>1,887 applications.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With this record of European patent applications, Spain is ranked <strong>15th of the countries <\/strong>with the most European patent applications.<\/p>\n<p>In the light of these data, we can only congratulate the Spanish researchers, the source of all this innovation.
