Berritasun legegile honen bidez, eskatzaileak aukera dezake <strong>Hong Kong Patenteen Bulegoak <\/strong>Txinako lurralde autonomo honetarako <a href=\"https:\/\/san-martin.es\/eu\/jabetza-industrialeko-babesa\/#invenciones\">patenteak <\/a>tramitatzeko eta emateko.<\/p>\n<p>Sistema berri hau indarrean dagoenarekin bat etorriko da, hau da, <strong>Txinako, Erresuma Batuko eta Europako Patenteen Bulegoko (OEB)<\/strong> patenteen bulegoek hartutako erabakietan oinarritutarekin.<\/p>\n<p>Gogoratu behar da, orain arte Hong Kong-en babesa lortzeko, beharrezkoa zela aurretik patentea eskaintzea bulego horietakoren batean. Premisa honen pean bakarrik posible zen Hong Kong-en patentearen eskaera aurkeztea. Eta patentea ematea Txinako Patente Bulegoak, Erresuma Batuak edo OEB-ek hartutako erabakiaren araberakoa zen.
